Serving on the boards of many local Philadelphia, PA area non-profits, Elva holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University, St. Davids, Pennsylvania. An avid lover of jazz and blues, Elva loves walking, biking, sharing good times with family and friends at the beaches of Southern Delaware, and traveling to quaint and unusual places.
