You may occasionally need to update your payment method for your recurring coaching payment.
How you do this depends on how you set it up initially (see "How do I set up my payment for Rewire Coaching?").
1. If you set up your payment subscription through a PayPal account:
This is the most straightforward way to update your payment. Simply log in to your PayPal account and make the necessary changes.
2. If you set up your payment subscription without using a PayPal account:
This is a two-part process.
- First, you will need to notify us to cancel the previous subscription. Please contact Stephanie Wetherby at email@example.com or by phone at 720-507-8755.
- Second, we will send you a new link so you can set up a new payment with the new credit card information. Follow the same steps you took when you set up your initial payment subscription (see "How do I set up my payment for Rewire Coaching?").
3. If you called Rewire to have us set up your payment subscription initially:
You simply need to give us a call with the updated card information and we will take care of getting everything changed. Please do not send credit card information via email (for your protection). Call Stephanie Wetherby at 720-507-8755 and she will take care of it for you.
