What’s the ROI?

The Institute of Coaching says,

“Coaching in organization and leadership settings is also an invaluable tool for developing people across a wide range of needs. What is the time investment?

Two 60-minute coaching sessions per month. In between sessions you're working on any assignments and practices you've determined on in collaboration with your coach.

Will my employees really buy in?

The employees who are eager to grow and contribute will absolutely buy in, and will celebrate your investment in their development. They're the ones who will get the most from coaching and who will bring the most return to both your company culture and bottom line.

How are participants matched with a coach?

Our experienced coaching fit coordinator will have an initial discovery call with each coaching participant to find out a little more about them and their goals. We use that information to connect the coaching participant with a coach for a "Fit Call." If the first coach doesn't "fit," we'll try again until we have matched each participant with the perfect coach for their needs and goals.

How long does the coaching process take?

While there is no minimum time frame, we strongly recommend at least six months in order to give the process time to begin working. From there our coaching engagements are open-ended to give you room for the greatest possible growth. Good coaching is an aggregate rather than a one-and-process.
