Kate joins Rewire with a background in organizational psychology and experience in management consulting and Human Resources. She has spent the better part of her professional career pursuing her passion for helping other people achieve their potential, and she strongly believes that we are all capable of being successful and fulfilled across domains—in our careers, relationships, and health—when we become more intentional.
With an affinity for transitions and helping people get “unstuck,” Kate helps others create sustained positive change by shifting the way they approach their goals. She believes that trust is the most important ingredient in a successful coaching engagement and seeks to be her clients’ biggest fan, honest confidant, and partner in development.
Kate has a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a Bachelors in Psychology from Arizona State University. She has a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University as well as certifications in the Neuroleadership Institute’s Brain Based Coaching Conversations, Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching methodology, the Workplace Big Five, Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI), the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), the Center for Creative Leadership 360 Assessment Suite, Influence Style Indicator, and Change Style Indictor.
